“TIGRAN METS” publishing house

The publishing house has a long history. After the sovietization of Armenia in the early 1920s, the newspaper “Soviet Armenia” began to be published - the organ of the Central Committee of Armenia. We can say that the publishing house of the Central Committee of Armenia has been operating since that day.

OUR HISTORY
1968

FOUDATION

“Tigran Mets” publishing house is a closed joint stock company. It was founded in 1968 as a printing house of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia.

1979

EXPENSION

In 1979 the publishing house was moved to the current building meant for expansion, which covers an area of 21,765 square meters.

1991

PROGRESS

In 1991 the publishing house was nationalized and became the government publishing house “Periodical”.

1997

PROPERTY

In 1997 it was privatized and renamed “Tigran Mets” publishing house.

To date, the “Tigran Mets” publishing house occupies a stable position in Armenia in terms of volume and quality of products.
